    Chinese Broccoli Stocks
    2 TBS Oyster sauce
    2 TBS Black Soy Sauce
    1 clove of Garlic
    1 tsp vegetable oil
    1 tsb sugar (or until at taste you want)

Tips

do not let the ingredients sit for a long time on pan. stir occacionally.


Directions

Cut and wash chinese broccoli into smaller manageable pieces.
mince garlic
With a skillet heat up the vegetable oil on medium heat
place garlic into pan until lightly browned
place in broccoli and stir
place in oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix into broccoli
put in sugar
stir until the broccoli has become tender
TASTE.
