    8 oz Cream Cheese
    1/4c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Eggs
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    Black Pepper, Oregano, Basil to taste


This crust is between more on the squishy side than crispy!!


Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients and pour into 9x13 greased casserole dish. Cook for 17-20 minutes. Let crust sit for 10-15 minutes before adding toppings.

Raise oven to 400. Add desired toppings, and bake for additional 8-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes enough crust for 8 square slices of pizza
