Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup warm water
    1 egg
    3 TBS. canola oil
    3 TBS. sugar
    1 TSP salt
    11/2 cups strong white bread flour
    11/2 cups strong wholemeal bread flour
    1TBS. dry yeast

Tips

Rolls freeze very well, although usually non left to freeze, however I've made them in the past for occasions like parties, BBQ etc so made in advance and froze.


Directions

Place ingredients into bread machine. Set to dough cycle, upon completion of the dough cycle, remove the dough and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover and leave to rise for half hour.
Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 16-20 minutes
