Ingredients

    6 med green peppers
    1C cooked brown rice
    1 packet chili seasoning
    1 15 oz can chili beans (we like spicy)
    1 C RF shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can seasoned stewed tomatoes
    1 jalapeno pepper

Tips

cook 3hrs on low or 6hrs high


Directions

Remove tops of peppers & clean out seeds.
In med bowl stir together cooked rice, seasoning,undrained beans, & cheese, spoon into peppers & replace tops.

Pour stewed tomatoes into bottom of lg. slow cooker. Place peppers on top of tomatoes
