Ingredients

    4 qt. chicken or home-made Turkey Broth
    2c. onion, diced
    2c. celery, chopped
    2c. carrots, sliced
    2c. zucchini, quartered, sliced
    1c. red bell peppers
    3c. turkey thigh meat, diced in .5-1 inch cubes
    8 cloves garlic minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh herbs or 1 Tbsp. dry Italian seasoning

Directions

Place all ingredients in Large Slow cooker or stock pot. Cook 6-8 hours.
