Ingredients

    2 - 14.5 oz cans Swanson 99% Fat Free Beef Broth
    2 - cups of water
    2 - cups of Beef Tips / Stew meat
    12 - small red potatoes
    3 - TBS of light butter
    4- small carrotts
    1/2 of an onion
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Put everything in a Crock-pot and let it cook for while--then BLEND a few of the cooked veggies and pour back into the crock-pot--This will make the "stew" a little thicker.
