    2 Med Zucchini, Diced (6 Cups/1.5#)
    1 Green Onion stalk, Diced
    1.5 Oz Black Olives (about 1/2 can, Drained)
    6 Oz Grated Cheese (1/2 Pepper-jack for added spice!)
    1 Cup Ragu Robusto Roasted Garlic Spaghetti Sauce
    1 # Buffalo Meat
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Ground Sage

    Cook the Ground Meat ( Buffalo, Beef, turkey etc.) Add the garlic, Italian Seasoning and Ground Sage to the Meat as it cooks for flavor. While cooking, start the next step...

    Layer Zucchini on the bottom of a 9X13 pan (No grease or oil necessary) Top with Onions, Olives, Meat, Spaghetti Sauce and Cheeses.
