Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 T butter
    1 cup skim milk
    2 tsp. Lowry's Seasoned Salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. iodized salt
    2 tsp. Paprika
    1 cup flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soak boneless, skinless chicken tenders (4 oz. each) in skim milk for 20-30 minutes. Melt 2 T butter in 9x13 pan in oven. Add extra cooking spray (if needed) to cover entire bottom of pan. Mix spices and flour together and put in bowl or Ziplock bag. Shake off excess milk from chicken tender and thoroughly coat in spice mixture. Shake off excess and place is 9x13 baking pan with 2 T melted butter. Bake on each side for 20 minutes. Turn after first 20 minutes. Remove from pan and serve hot or cold.

Serving Size: Makes 2 lbs of chicken tenders - enough to serve 6-8 people
