Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef cooked
    1 can yellow corn drained
    1 can Rotel chunky diced tomato & green chilies
    1 pack of Taco Seasoning
    3/4 cup water
    3/4 cup brown rice

    Preheat oven 350
    Mix all ingredients together except for the rice.

    Spray casserole dish with Olive Oil. Now sprinkle in rice add beef mixture on top of rice.
    Bake for 25 minutes
