Introduction

One of my favorite low-calorie dish for breakfast. One of my favorite low-calorie dish for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Egg (Large)
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp Furikake (egg. shrimp, or salmon etc)

Tips

My diet (Asian) will almost always have Jasmine/brown rice to balance/neutralize the flavor. Rice is optional. Sprinkle and serve rice with Furikake for taste.


Directions

Heat 1 cup of water in pot, crack 1 egg when water starts to boil/simmer. Stir in one direction occasionally until cooked, do not over-stir. Add 2 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of Furikake and serve separately with rice.
