Ingredients

    1 box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I use low sodium)
    1 pounds of extra lean ground beef
    1 cup of water
    2 egg whites (I use egg beaters)

Tips

You can add onion, bell pepper, and etc to the mix!


Directions

Mix ingredients together and bake in muffin tins for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
