Introduction

Fresh twist on the traditional Seven Layer Salad. Fresh twist on the traditional Seven Layer Salad.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 c romain- chopped thin
    2c Red, Yellow and/or orange sweet peppers chopped
    .5c green onion chopped (one large stalk)
    1c. celery (2 or 3 large stalks)
    2c. fresh peas (frozen baby peas work well-thawed)

    Layer each one in that order- Romain on the bottom.

    Dressing:
    1/2 c olive oil mayo
    1/2 c fat free Greek yogurt
    1 dry ranch packet
    mix well and refrigerate until ready to use (lasts up to 3weeks)

    top layers with dressing, spreading evenly.

    3oz. crumbled Fat free feta cheese sprinkled on top.


Directions

Layer the veggies
top with dressing and Feta
