Ingredients

    1 lb.THIN SLICED BONELESS/SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS, cut into tender size pieces.
    salt & pepper to taste
    6oz. (1 container) Chobani 0% Honey Greek Yogurt
    4C PANCO BREAD CRUMBS, 1/3 cup
    4C Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs Seasoned 2/3 cup
    approx. 1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 tbs. of Frank's hot sauce, Buffalo style


Tips

Any hot sauce can be used. I use appprox 1/4 cup of milk just to thin the yogurt. Use less if the yogurt used is thinner. These are 4large 4oz.(raw) serving & can easily feed more & lower the already low calories.

If you like your wings hot add more hot sauce. It is only 23 calories a tablespoon & no fat so it won't change the nutritional value much.

I serve it with my home made blue cheese sauce that you can find also in the receipe section.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix yogurt,salt,pepper & hot sauce togeather big enough to hold the chicken. Add sliced chicken coat well with yogurt mixture. Let sit for 10 mins. then coat the chicken with the bread crumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with oil spray. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake approx. 10 mins per side or until desired crispness.
