Ingredients

    2 cans cream of celery condensed soup(fat free)
    2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
    2 cans New England Clam Chowder
    3 (6.5 oz.) cans minced clams
    2 cups fat free half and half
    1 bag frozen potatoes and onions

Directions

Mix together in slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
