Tips

I find I only need about 1 tsp of sour cream on each tostada and very little cheese the salsa a
and cabbage makes the dish for me!


Directions

cook you black beans in the microwave. Cook your tortilla in a frying pan with I cant beleive its not butter or in the oven 400 for 10 min or if you live in Arizona and you cook everything on the grill put it on the griil for 5 min until crisp!spread the beans on the tortilla , add the shreaded cabbage, tomatoes and cheese now salsa and sour cream
