Introduction
A delicious way to start the day. (or a snack whenever you get the urge) Bite into a lettuce wrap filled with goodness. Be creative and add your favourite superfoods. I make each lettuce wrap with a different filling.
Banana, coconut oil, chia seeds (when I'm feeling decadent I add a few raw chocolate nibs.)
Grapes, coconut oil, chia seeds
Pineapple, coconut oil, chia seeds. ( the new pina colada)

4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 tbsp Virgin Cold Pressed Cocunut Oil (Nutiva)
Grapes
Banana
Pinaapple
Chia Seeds
Raw Chocolate Nibs (Mum's Original)
Add any of your favourite fruits and/or Superfoods
Tips
I plate these beautifully coloured open face leaves on a larger plate and make them into a wrap upon eating them. Enjoy!
Directions
Wash, rinse lettuce leaves. Spread the coconut oil on the lettuce leaves. Cut up the fruit to bite size pieces and add to lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chia seeds.
