Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Mashed Potatoes
    1 TBSP Flour
    .5 cup frozen peas (thawed and mashed slightly)
    .5 Chopped green onions
    2.5 teasp Grated Ginger Root
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/2 teasp Garam Masala (or to taste)
    1 large Egg beaten

Tips

Delicious with chutney or tamarind sauce


Directions

Mix together, form into cakes, put on Silpat or aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Spray tops with Pam and bake at 400 degrees until brown (20 min)
