Ingredients

    4 cups water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 cups diced potatoes
    1 bag frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

1. Mix water, bullion cubes, onion, potatoes, and broccoli in a crock pot. Cook on high until broccoli is thawed.
2. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese, to taste, to mixture
3. Turn crock pot on low and cook for 2 hours (depending on how large you dice the potatoes you may have to cook longer)
