Ingredients

    2 cups all purpose flour
    half tablespoon baking powder
    half teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons stevia
    3 tbls butter
    3 tbls unsweetened applesauce
    1.5 cups blueberries
    1 tbls half and half
    half cup milk mixed with half tbls vinegar to make buttermilk
    half cup whole milk ricotta

Directions

mix dry ingredients. cut in cold butter and applesauce mix. mix ricotta with milk and half and half. and mix in blueberries to flour butter mix. pour in milk and ricotta and form ball. flatten on to floured surface and cut into 8 triangles. bake at 425 for 15 minutes. let cool 5 minutes.
