1 Skinless Chicken Breast
1 TSB Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
Tips
Need it for the whole family just add another Chicken Breast for each member you are serving and 1 tbs of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, for each guest, and make it with 2 cups of brown rice will usually feed a family of 4. Quick tasty and super easy and the way the red pepper flakes and onions infuse into the flavor of the chicken it is a Spicy change.
( If you don't like it Spicy, use what ever seasoning you like it will be fine, Enjoy). If you don't like brown Rice use whatever rice you chose, or none at all).
Directions
I use my indoor grill, but any oven or grill will do. Place chicken on the grill, sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, and 5 slices of onions.
Cook Brown rice according to package instructions. (Usually about 10 minutes)
On a plate place 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, and the Hot Grilled Chicken and Onions.
