Introduction

I whipped this up with stuff I had in the house...The seafood was actually a mishmash they sell at the grocery store called "seafood medley". Just a bunch of pits of shellfish thrown together. I whipped this up with stuff I had in the house...The seafood was actually a mishmash they sell at the grocery store called "seafood medley". Just a bunch of pits of shellfish thrown together.

Ingredients

    3 Potatoes, Cubed
    1 Tbsp Butter
    2 small cans of tomatoe Sauce
    Water

    1 Tbsp Butter
    1 medium onion, jullienned
    1 C. Broccoli Slaw
    10 oz. shell fish medly

Tips

Yummy.


Directions

Cube potatoes and saute in medium sauce pan with butter. Add canned tomatoe sauce and cover with water. Bring to boil. Let stand uncovered for 20 minutes.

In a separate sauce pan melt remaining butter and saute onions and add broccoli...saute until tender. Add Shell fish to onions and stir. Add sautee to potatoe mixture and heat mixture to serving temperature.

Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
