Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 200 grams
Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp
Onions, raw, 75 grams
Tomato Paste, 3 tbsp
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
Garlic, 3 clove
Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp
7 Thai Mixed Spices,0.5 tsp
Cayenne pepper (red), 1 tsp
St Dalfour Pineapple and mango jam, 1 tablespoon
Mixed frozen vegetables, 1 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
Water, 1 cup
Directions
1) Use a thick bottom pot to cook this curry in.
2) Fry onions in oil till soft and glazy. Add spices, garlic, tomato paste, jam, worcestershire sauce and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
2) Add minced beef into pot and cook on a medium heat for 30 - 35 minutes or untill most of the water has evaporated.
Serve with basmati rice and a side salad.
