Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen)
1 cup Newman's Own pineapple salsa
3 tsp Louisianna hot sauce (or more to taste)
2 cups Swanson low sodium chicken broth
1 cup long grain white rice
Tips
Serve with tortillas or any other additions!
Directions
For chicken:
1. Combine chicken, salsa and hotsauce in crock pot.
2. Cook on high for 3 hours, then turn to low and cook for an additional hour.
For rice:
1. Bring chicken broth to boil in medium NON-STICK sauce pan.
2. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
Combine rice with chicken in crock pot about 15-20 minutes prior to the end of the last hour of cooking.
Serving Size: 6 servings of about a cup
