    9 cups of crab meat cut/shredded
    2 cups of chopped cilantro
    1 cup of chopped/diced onion
    4 cups of chopped/diced cucumber
    2 cups of chopped/diced tomatoes
    2 cups of fresh squeazed lime juice
    1 cup of chopped/diced jalapeno peperes

Tips

FRESHLY SQUEAZED LEMON IS BETTER THAN NOTTLED IT ADDS MORE FLAVOR


Directions

-shred the meat with hands or cube it with knive
-cut cilantro w/o tail medium leaves
-cut/chop/dice cucumber,onions,tomatoes,and jalapenos VERY TINY
-combine vegetables,crab meat, and lime juice together let it set in for 5 min
-1 CUP SERVING
