Introduction

Newest variation on my chocolate pudding, now much less fatty! Newest variation on my chocolate pudding, now much less fatty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -Yogurt, plain--1 c. Your choice as to the brand, just make sure it's real.
    -Cocoa powder, 1/2 c.
    -Honey, a little less than 3 tbs
    -Flaxseed meal, 1/2 c.
    -Raisins, or some other dried fruitiness. (about 1/4 c)

Tips

This is a variation on my original replacement to ice cream or chocolate bars. I have celiac's and a bunch of other allergies, so this is the sort of thing I come up with (on a regular basis...and this is one of the more successful attempts). My taste, however, is not very "mainstream"--alter to taste! Especially the honey, but I'd make it maybe an even 3 tbs.


Directions

Please don't cook. You'll kill the cultures in your yogurt!

Mix ingredients together (yeah, it's real complicated). Eat as is or freeze for choco-fro-yo.

Serving Size: Makes 8 100-calorie desserts! Or 4, if you're feeling indulgent.
