    2 - 12.3 oz Mori-Nu Firm Tofu
    1 - 12 oz bag of Baby Broccoli Florets
    6 tbsp - Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
    1/2 tbsp Canola Oil


Remove the tofu from carton and place on a plate lined with 2-3 paper towels, place another 2-3 paper towels on top, as well as another plate and something to add a little extra weight. This will press the excess water out of the tofu. Let that sit for about 15 minute.
Once tofu is pressed, cut it into 1" cubes. Saute the tofu in a wok with a bit of canola oil until it is nicely browned. Add broccoli and 4 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and cook until broccoli is done 3-5 min.
