Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Beef Prime Rib Roast, 13 oz
    Campbell's beefy mushroom soup, 10.75 oz
    Campbell's Golden mushroom soup less sodium, 10.75 oz
    kitchen basics unsalted beef flavor cooking stock, 10 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    *Egg Noodles, unenriched, 5 cup

Tips

Serve with Salad
It is even better over rice!
This puts the most mouth watering aromas in your home


Directions

Put all ingredients, except egg noodles, In crock pot, mix, cover, cook on high for about an hour then cut back to low 6-11 hours. There is no set in stone way to cook this, the longer the better to me so the meat will fall apart.
Cook egg noodles according to directions, drain and top with beef tips.

Serving Size: Makes 5 generous portions 3/4 cup sauce over 1 c noodles
