Ingredients

    1 lb of stew beef in cubes
    1 large white onion (Sliced)
    2 cups of dry mixed beans
    1 large turnip (cut into quarters)
    4 carrots (Cut into inch pieces)
    1 box of low salt Swanson beef broth
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tbsp dried rosemary
    1 tbsp cumin powder
    1 tbsp celery seed
    1 tbsp fennel seed
    1 tbsp of Malt vinegar
    1 tsp of salt

Tips

We like to eat our bean dishes with rice.


Directions

Put it all into the crock pot. Cook on high for about an hour, then on low-med for 5-6 hours or until ready to eat.
