Ingredients

1 (1-lb.) London Broil (top round steak), 3/4 inch thick
    1 tsp reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz) package baby bella mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup diced onions
    2/3 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
2 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, divided

Directions

1 - Using a sharp knife, score both sides of the steak, making shallow cuts. Rub Worcestershire sauce into both sides of steak; let stand 45 minutes.
2 - Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine mushrooms, onion, broth, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of the thyme. Place over medium heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until liquid begins to thicken. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon thyme. Cover and remove from heat.
3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350-400 degrees). Grill steak, uncovered, 4-5 minutes per side (145 degrees for medium-rare) or to desired doneness. Transfer steak to a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak against the grain, top with mushrooms, and serve.
