    80grams cooked chicken filet
    100grams iceberg lettuce
    100grams ripe tomato
    100grams frozen beans steamed or boiled gently

    ½ mango
    100grams natural low fat yoghurt (1.5%)
    1 tsp curry
    salt and pepper optional


Microwave the greens, let them still have bite in them. Mix the lettuce, tomato, beans together and in a bowl for one person.
Blend the mango with yoghurt and curry (salt and pepper)
Decorate your plate so the food looks inviting.
