Ingredients

    self raising flour 150 g
    low fat margarine 28g
    egg fresh x 1
    skimmed milk 100ml
    cheddar cheese grated 75g

Tips

Keep the mixture glossy wet but not sloppy when ready to roll out. Add a littlel more flour if necessary.


Directions

Rub margarine into flour. Add Egg, cheese and milk, sea salt and black pepper. Roll out and cut into rounds, put on baking tray, cook 15 mins at 200C or 180C fan oven. Or put in square/rectangular tray and cut into triangles/rectuangles.
