Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2/3 milk of choice
    3 packets truvia
    1 1/2 cup pancake mix
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

1. have prepared coffee mugs or paper cups (do not use styrofoam cups)
2. mix all the ingredients very well until it becomes a smooth batter
3. after spraying with nonstick spray, pour equal amounts of batter halfway in the cups
4. put them in the microwave to cook for 4-5 minutes on high. (different microwaves can vary cook time)
5. after removing the cupcakes, let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
