Ingredients

    *Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 16 oz(remove)
    Mrs.T's Perogies - Potato & Cheddar (3 perogies/serving), 8 serving(remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp(remove)
    *brown spicy mustard, 4 tbsp(remove)
    *Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp(remove)

Tips

Serve with cabbage.


Directions

Saute kielbasa in skillet on medium heat until done. While kielbasa cooks, whisk together mustard, vinegar, and olive oil in large bowl.

Remove kielbasa to platter lined with paper towels to drain.

Add frozen pierogies to skillet with onion (chopped), and saute until heated through and browned (about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through).

Add pierogies, onions, and kielbasa to bowl with mustard dressing and toss.



Serving Size: serves 8 (three pierogies and 2 ounces of kielbasa per serving)
