Ingredients

1 half boneless, skinless chicken breast - chopped
2/3 c frozen peas and carrots
1/3 c chopped onion
2 large eggs, scrambled
7-8 c of leftover white rice
1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1.5 fl oz water
Tips
-You can use different meats and veggies if you wish
-if you have to add carrots and peas seperately do it by 1/3 c
-In a pinch make 1 1/3 c uncooked instant rice to 1 c water
Directions
1. dice onion
2. measure peas/carrots
3. chopped up chicken breast and place in skillet to fry in no calorie spray
4. finish frying chicken and transfer to plate
5. start to heat sesame seed oil in skillet
6. add rice and cook until slightly brown and push to sides to make a well
7. add egg to well and let set then combine with rice so its in little bits
8. once egg and rice are combined add veggies and let those cook, then add chicken
9. combine 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1.5 fl oz of water in measuring cup
10. add to pan and combine well with rice
11. serve
