    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    *broccolli frozen, 3 cup
    *Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup


add cooked chicken and cooked rice in casserole pan along with all other ingredients. Bake 40min at 350 degrees
