Introduction

Ingredients

    2 15oz cans black beans, rinsed thoroughly-OR- 3 cups
    black beans, cooked
    water as needed
    1/4 cup salsa
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Mash the beans slightly. Put in blender to make smooth, adding water as needed. Put beans in bowl and add spices. Stir in salsa and serve warm.

Serving Size: makes 3 cups black bean dip
