Ingredients

Ingredients:
-Egg Substitute (stop and shop brand), 2 cup
-Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
-Spinach, fresh, 28 grams
-Betty Crocker Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix, 0.25 cup
-Salt, 0.25 tsp
-Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
-Wrap: whole wheat/grain: (la tortilla): 1 wrap, 1 serving
-American Cheese, 2 slice (3/4 oz)
Fool around with the recipe to taste, I came up with this one by fooling around in the kitchen and I liked it so I figured I would share... :) bon appetite, and buen provecho
Tips
Fiddle around with it and let me know if you come up with anything good... i love eggs.. :)
Directions
-place one wrap in an 8inch pie tin and lightly press it in so it conforms
-chop up the spinach as course as you like
-chop up the onions
-mix everything up except the cheese and pour into the pie tin with the wrap already in it
- tear up one of the slices of cheese and pushed them into the mix, then tear up the 2cd one and place on top.
- bake in an oven preheated to 350 and bake for 30-45 minutes
pretty darn easy and enjoy...
