Introduction

Ingredients

    2 -14.5 ounce cans of italian diced tomatoes
    1 - 10 ounce package of frozen spinach
    1 - 14.5 ounce can of chicken broth
    1 - onion
    1 - tbs of olive oil
    1/2 - lb of whole grain pasta
    2 - cloves of garlic
    one pound of chicken
    1/4 - cup of grated parmesan

Directions

1. Heat water to a boil and then place pasta to cook

2. Cut the chicken into cubes and then place into a non stick pan seasoning to taste during last 5 minutes of cooking add the oil, broth, tomatoes, spinach, garilc, and onions into the pan.

3. When around desired thickness of sauce add pasta into the pan with the chicken garnish with parmesan and enjoy!
