Ingredients

    1 pound lean round seak
    1-2 tbsp oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp coriander

Directions

*Makes 4 servings. Serve with kidney beans or brown rice and 2 cups of vegetables for a complete meal.
-Combine spices in a bowl
-Slice meat and toss in spices
-Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in preheated wok.
-Stir fry for 5 minutes.
