Introduction

Just thru some things together for a quick meal Just thru some things together for a quick meal
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Whole wheat pasta
    2 cans of Soy beans (any beans could be used)
    I used 1/2 c. cooked broccoli - but more can be used
    Homemade pesto with walnuts
    Green Olives, 27 small olives, sliced

Tips

After mixing I put container in Refrig and we eat it cold.


Directions

Boil pasta 9-10 min. Rinse and cool.
Rinse the Soybeans.
Drain the olives and slice
Mix it all together with the Pesto

Serving Size: Makes 7-8 1-cup servings
