Ingredients

    6 c. old fashioned oats
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped almonds

Tips

original recipe included 1/4 tsp. cinnamon which I omitted for personal taste.


Directions

Combine ingredients and bake at 325 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes. Add almonds once cooled. I also add sunflower seeds and raisins to each individual serving and calculate those calories separately.
