Ingredients

    1 pound Ground beef
    1/2 cup onion
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cans of kidney beans with juice
    1 can of corn with juice
    15 oz of hot sauce/salsa

Tips

Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, and/or other taco related items.


Directions

1. Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Add onion and taco seasoning to beef and mix well.
3. Add kidney beans (with juices), corn (with juices), and salsa. Stir well.
4. Let simmer for about 60 minutes. Or put in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
