Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 cups white rice ,steamed
    1 jumbo hotdog, diced
    1 med. Egg, scrambled
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    2 dashes iodized salt

Directions

Fry scrambled egg and hotdog in olive oil. Once cooked, cut into dice. Sautee garlic until golden brown then mix the steamed rice, hotdog,scambled egg and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 to 4 servings.
