Ingredients

    15 potatoes
    3 3/4 onions
    2/3 cup butter and 2 tsp
    2/3 cup of all-purpose flour and 2tsp
    7 1/2 cup of milk
    5 2/3 cup of cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

To save on calories you can try lower fat content milk and cheese.


Directions

Preheat oven at 400°F.
Slice potatoes 1/4 inch, thinly slice onions.
Put a row of potatoes, then the onions and then the rest of the potatoes.
In a casserole melt butter medium heat, then add flour whisk for one minute then add milk when the mixture is thick add all the cheese.
When all melted pour over the potatoes then put in oven for 1 hour and 1/2. Enjoy.
