Introduction

Ingredients

    9 cups chopped tomatoes (I used bags of tomatoes I had frozen from the garden- they were very soft and could go right into the blender)

    About 2 cups fresh basil leaves

    About 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

    1 can white beans, rinsed and drained

    1 heaping tablespoon almond butter

    4 cloves garlic

    Half a white onion



Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth in batches. Good raw and cold, or warm in a saucepan.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
