    0.50 tsp Cumin seed
    1 1tsp Sunflower Oil
    4 serving Water, bottled
    5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    Salt 1 tsp

Directions

wash n soak rice .Then in an aluminium vessel putwater salt ,black pepper corns and cumin seeds and add rice .make high flame and wait and watch for water to be just 1 cm ablve rice then cover with a tight fitting lid and put on lowest flame and donot open lid at all.Cook on this lowest flame for about 20-25 mins and then leave it unopened for about 10 mins even after it has finished cooking ...
