Ingredients



    Oats, .33 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    *Flour, white, .66 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, .5 tsp (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Tips

1/4 c Sugar, agave nectar or honey can be substituted for 1/4 applesauce in this recipe to make it sweeter. I top mine with peanut butter therefore I do not use any sweetener. You may also add another banana to make it more moist. None of this is in the recipe as calculated.


Directions

Combine all ingredients, except the oats. Mix well with a mixer, then fold in oats.

Cook for approximately 22 mins at 350 or until tops spring back.
