Ingredients

    3/4 c mashed ripe banana (it took me 2 1/2 defrosted ripe bananas from my freezer)
    3/4 c liquid egg whites
    3/4 c oats
    1/2 c Chobani 0% vanilla greek yogurt
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 c ganulated stevia for baking

Tips

once they cool a bit they should come out pretty easily... you may want to take a knife and go around the sides, but then they should pry out without breaking if you have greased well enough!


Directions

PREHEAT OVER TO 350
Take all the ingredients and put them into a blender or food processor and mix completely.
Pour equal portions into 12 muffins - grease the tins well (no liners needed)
Bake 15-18 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean!
