Ingredients

    *Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    *Great Value Coarse Ground Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz cut into strips

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 6 ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Thread steak strips onto skewer sticks. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side.

    This was very good. It had a lot of flavor. The only thing I did differently was omitted the ginger because I didn't have any on hand. - 9/20/12
