Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

3/4 C nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
1/4 C Mayo (I used full fat Hellmanns)
2 TBS grain mustard (I used creole, can use brown)
2 TBS ketchup (I used Heinz)
    1 TBS lemon juice
    1 TBS Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (or scallions if preferred)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (less if using dried)
    1/4 cup finely diced celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp hot sauce (I used Crystal)
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Tips

You can toss boiled shrimp in this dressing & serve in lettuce "cups".

Add pickle relish & use as a much lower fat Thousand Island dressing for salads, sandwiches, etc.

Depending on what I am serving this with, I sometimes add some fresh dill as well.

These additions are not included in the nutritional info.

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, to give the flavors time to meld together.

Serve with shrimp, fish, etc. as a replacement for cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
