Ingredients

3/4 C nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
1/4 C Mayo (I used full fat Hellmanns)
2 TBS grain mustard (I used creole, can use brown)
2 TBS ketchup (I used Heinz)
1 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (or scallions if preferred)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (less if using dried)
1/4 cup finely diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp hot sauce (I used Crystal)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Tips
You can toss boiled shrimp in this dressing & serve in lettuce "cups".
Add pickle relish & use as a much lower fat Thousand Island dressing for salads, sandwiches, etc.
Depending on what I am serving this with, I sometimes add some fresh dill as well.
These additions are not included in the nutritional info.
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, to give the flavors time to meld together.
Serve with shrimp, fish, etc. as a replacement for cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
